Booking: Advance reservations are highly recommended. We operate on an appointment-only basis and are not a walk-in spa; however, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Spa Check-In
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time to change, relax, and prepare to enjoy your treatment.
First-Time Guests: If you are new or need to complete paperwork, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full service time.
Cancellation Policy
Notification: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival: Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment, while full charges will still apply to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
Valuables and What to Wear
Dress Comfortably: We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing for your visit. Complimentary robes are available for your convenience.
Security: Please refrain from bringing valuables. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
Treatments in Session
Quiet Environment: To ensure a calm and relaxing atmosphere, kindly silence your cell phone and maintain a low volume during treatments.
Health Information
Notification: Please inform our staff of any health issues, such as pregnancy, recent surgery, pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., hypertension, heart disease), or athletic injuries.
Allergies & Medications: Advise us of any allergies or medications to ensure we recommend the most appropriate treatments and products for your needs.
Payments and Gift Vouchers
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, Ecocash, and local bank cards.
Gift Options: Body Focus Gift Vouchers are available. Please visit our website or contact us directly to arrange a special gift.
Gratuities
Discretionary Tips: Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are gratefully accepted.
Gift Voucher Clarification: If you use a spa gift voucher, please ask whether gratuity is included.
Suggestion: We recommend a tip of 10% for good service and 15% for excellent service. You may leave a cash tip or inquire about an Ecocash option.

Variety & Customization: We offer a range of spa packages, and we are happy to customize a Spa Day experience for you and your guests. Whether opting for a half-day or full-day session, our goal is to help you relax, rejuvenate, and be inspired.
Planning a Spa Party?
Group Size: For optimal service, group bookings are ideally limited to four people or fewer.
Booking Process: For group appointments, please email us with your group size, preferred date/time, and the specific services required. We recommend booking at least 4–5 weeks in advance, and we will respond within 24 hours with your options.
Child Policy
Safety Considerations: Our spa environment is designed for adults. Due to potential hazards (such as hot objects, sharp instruments, and uncovered pools), young children are not permitted.
Childcare: Children should be cared for by an accompanying adult or professional child minder. With prior arrangement, we can accommodate shorter treatments under supervision, but please consult with our staff before scheduling.
